That is because the couple are having their twins through the use of a surrogate mother. They already have a son and had been trying to conceive but apparently decided to go with a surrogate.
Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick say that they expect the birth of their twins to take place in the summer and they have already announced that they will be twin daughters. Expect those girls to have a whole lot of fashion attention on them almost from birth.
